How do you assess new clients?
The physical assessment isn’t as important as knowing the client. I want to get to know the person and I want them to know me. We share information about ourselves. I will ask about their family, friends, hobbies, etc. I share the same about me.
Do you create meal plans?
We create meal plans together with our clients. We map out meal plans which BEST fits their lifestyle.
How do you track fitness goals?
Tracking the fitness progress with each client is different. The information is based on the client’s target or goal. Overall measurements are taken every 6 weeks for all clients. For some, tracking is utilizing scales, tracking apps, and body compensation scans For others, tracking is based around non-scale victories. IE: reduced weekly wine intake, touching toes flexible, play with kids or grandkids energy, less low back and knee pain.
What's your preferred style of encouragement?
Each client is different and based on their personality. Whatever tactic I deploy, it’s always done with a million-dollar smile.
What will my first day look like?
Once a client has decided I am the right fit for them, we start with their Day 1 measurements. Then we hit gym floor to assess their fitness levels. Keep one thing in mind, this is Day 1, let’s make it to Day 2 of training.
